Refund and Returns Policy
This policy applies to all orders placed through ltdglobal.co.uk. Please read it before placing an order. By purchasing from us you agree to these terms.
Return window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days we cannot accept a return unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original, undamaged manufacturer packaging
- Complete with all accessories, manuals and original components
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items that have been installed, mounted or connected
- Cut cable sold by the metre
- Special-order or custom-configured products
- Items with damaged or missing packaging where the damage was not caused by us
- Items returned without prior authorisation (see below)
How to return an item
1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. We will reply within one working day with an RMA number and return instructions. Do not send goods back without an RMA — they may be refused.
2. Pack the item securely. Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel. Use the original packaging where possible.
3. Ship the return. Send the parcel to:

Unless the item is faulty or was incorrectly supplied, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the fault and your order number. Where a return is required we will arrange and cover the cost of collection.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and advise whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days and credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add a further 3–5 working days.
Partial refunds
A partial refund may be issued where an item is returned in a condition other than new, or where accessories or components are missing.
Trade account orders
Trade account holders should contact their account manager in the first instance. Returns on account orders are subject to the same eligibility criteria above. Credit notes are issued in place of card refunds where payment was made on account terms.
