Lead times apply to in-stock lines. Anything on back-order is flagged on your account with an expected date. Bulk and contract orders are scheduled with your account manager.

Approved trade accounts can place dropship orders and we'll deliver direct to your customer in neutral packaging, with no pricing or branding from us inside the box. You keep the customer; we handle the heavy lifting.
Damage, returns & warranty
Every order is packed for transit and fully tracked. In the rare event something arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours and we'll sort a replacement or collection — no quibbling. All product carries the full manufacturer warranty, and as an authorised UK stockist we help you handle any claims quickly.
